Key objectives

  • Accelerate the development of Bomag Milling accounts portfolio.
  • Engage directly with Milling contractors and talk the same language.
  • Strengthen Milling sales process by providing strong technical support.



To support growth sales in our Southern and Western European markets, we are looking for a VIE on milling applications.

After an internal training, your main tasks will be :

  • Bring deep Milling applications knowledge into the sales process by assisting the sales team and the dealers in the development of Milling accounts.
  • Build direct relationship with Milling contractors.
  • Oversee the pre-sales activity in cooperation with the local sales organization:
  • Product introduction.
  • Organization of demos and test campaigns.
  • Organization and support of machine transportation for demo purposes
  • Oversee post-sales activity:
  • Ensure start up and commissioning of the machines
  • Support customers in defining best suited configuration of machines, run comparisons with competition and optimize features selection.
  • Ensure application support with existing customers and assist customers in getting the most  of their Bomag Milling machines by insuring a strong technical link.
  • Convey customer technical feedbacks and improvement requests to Product management and engineering (machine chief engineers).
  • Frequent business trips in Southern and Western Europe (UK, Italia, Spain, …)

Votre profil

Education and background

  • Mechanical or mechatronics background (technician/engineer/or equivalented education)
  • Strong technical background along with machine operating experience
  • Sales orientated behavior to support the sales organization
  • Language: Fluent in English. Spanish/Italian would be a plus.


  • Willingness to travel extensively in Europe and internationally
  • Customer communication – sales approach- technical aspect to application
  • Pragmatical approach
  • Hands on mentality with the machine understanding
  • Eager to learn and develop customer-oriented solution
