Your mission :
As part of its continuous improvement strategy, Marini India is looking to further strengthen its quality standards and manufacturing processes, particularly to meet the requirements of its European internal and external customers.Your mission will focus on two key areas: manufacturing processes and process capability, as well as Lean manufacturing and shop floor management :
Manufacturing processes & process capability, you will:
- Conduct a critical review of existing manufacturing processes;
- Identify and recommend process improvements to address safety and quality issues and reduce dependency on individual operators;
- Support the standardisation of manufacturing practices;
- Capitalise on existing know-how through the implementation of Standardised Work Instructions (SWI) for critical process stages.
- Contribute to defining relevant KPIs in line with the site's operational strategy;
- Support the deployment of these KPIs on the shop floor through appropriate visual management tools;
- Monitor progress and help identify areas for improvement;
- Contribute to developing a sustainable continuous improvement culture across shop floor operations.
